With a firm reservation, the guest must note the following:<\/p>\n
For bookings up to 30 days before arrival, the guest must pay 100% of the travel price.
\nFor bookings made more than 30 days before arrival, the guest pays 30% of the travel price.<\/p>\n
The rest of the tour price has to be paid 3 weeks before arrival.<\/p>\n
Cancellation by the customer \/ cancellation costs:<\/p>\n
You can withdraw at any time before departure. The receipt of the cancellation by us (by email) is decisive for the cancellation costs. If you do not receive an answer within 24 hours, please resend your cancellation, as there is a possibility that your e-mail has ended up in the savings folder.<\/p>\n
Cancellation costs:<\/p>\n
up to 60 days before departure, 10% of the booked price
\n59 to 30 days before departure, 30% of the booked price
\n29 to 7 days before departure 80% of the booked price
\n100% of the booked price in the event of no-show.<\/p>\n
The payments take place as follows:<\/p>\n
1. About 30% of the travel price if more than 30 days prior to arrival.
\n2. Payment of the balance takes place 29 days before arrival.
\n3. If there are less than 30 days between the booking date and the day of arrival, the full amount will be paid.<\/p>\n
In the event of cancellation, the amount will be retained according to the cancellation fee and the remaining amount will be refunded.<\/p>\n
Please note<\/strong>\u00a0that for each overnight stay, according to the new law in Greece, 4389\/2016, FEK (Government Gazette) \u0391 94-2016, article 53, a tax on stay in favour of the public section is imposed on tourist enterprises from 1\/1\/2018.
